1. Nature of the app

JipState is a mobile application for personally recording and organizing photos of a space or property, notes, meter display values, and handed-over items. It supports move-in/out, before/after work, check-in/out, and general space records.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to capture, import, store, and share the content you use with the app. When content involves another person’s private information or space, you are responsible for complying with applicable rights and laws.

3. Not a professional service

JipState does not provide defect inspection, property appraisal, legal advice, damage valuation, or dispute-resolution services. It does not guarantee that any record or report has a particular legal effect.

4. Local data and backups

Core records are stored locally on your device. Data may be lost due to device loss, app deletion, storage failure, or operating-system issues. Keep a separate backup of important records.

5. External services

If you use the operating system’s sharing features to send a file to cloud storage, email, messaging, or another service, that service’s terms and privacy practices apply.

6. Updates and compatibility

The operator may update the app for compatibility, security, and quality. Permanent compatibility with every device or operating-system version is not guaranteed, and supported environments may change as platform requirements change.

7. Purchases and refunds

JipState is a paid-download app with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The applicable price is shown by your store at purchase. Purchases and refunds follow the relevant store procedures and applicable law; this notice does not limit statutory consumer rights. Contact the operator below for purchase-related support.
